Our Sunglasses are UV Protected as required by law. Our Reading glasses meet all Federal regulations regarding safety and quality.

• F.O.B. Fairwind warehouse in Miami, Florida, USA. Due to market conditions, prices may vary. Prices on this website are more accurate and up-to-date than prices in our printed catalog, however they are subject to change without notice.

• All domestic orders are shipped via UPS same day or next business day.
• All orders sent via US Postal Service add $5.00 per package. Any loss arising from postal delivery is the responsibility of the Post Office. Fairwind does not accept responsibility for such loss; however we will assist with filing a claim.
• In order to save you money, we calculate your shipping and handling costs after your order has been packaged at our warehouse.
• Yes, we can ship directly to your customers under your company's name (a.k.a. drop-ship)! Call our knowledgeable sales representatives, or email us, today for more details.

• C.O.D. - payable with Money Order or Cashier's check. UPS does not accept Cash. C.O.D. orders incur a $9.00 per package charge. C.O.D. charges are subject to change.
• Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card accepted. To place an order by credit card, please contact our helpful sales representatives, or send us an email with your order request and a contact telephone number so that we may call you back for the credit card information.
• PayPal - To pay with PayPal, please contact our helpful sales representatives in order to obtain the total cost of the order including shipping. PayPal payments should be sent to sales@fairwindsunglasses.com.
  Upon request, we can also provide a PayPal invoice with the total cost of the order including shipping.
• Western Union - Please contact us for information about payment via Western Union.
• Prepay - Place an order first via email, fax, or telephone. We'll then calculate the total cost for you. Payment can then be mailed to us. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be release for shipment.
  ** Company and personal checks may be accepted upon approval.

The following minimums apply to all orders:

• Sunglasses and/or Reading Glasses: 5 dozen total
• If miscellaneous items only: $50.00
• Sunglasses are sold by the dozen. Sunglasses are packaged with assorted frame and lens colors; sorry, but we cannot accept requests for specific selections.
• Reading glasses may be ordered in the different lens powers, with a minimum of 12 pieces per style. Call or email us for a reading glasses lens power form.

• A 10% discount applies to all orders of 25 dozen or more. Larger discounts may be applied for larger orders. Call our sales representatives, or email us for more information.
• We also have discount coupons available!

• Florida customers, please provide a Florida Annual Resale Certificate.

• All export orders must be prepaid in US Dollars. There will be a delivery charge on any orders dispatched to a forwarder. For orders sent via US Postal Service, add $5.00 per package.

• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including costs incurred due to returned or refused packages.
